Personality: Neku is a young man who doesn't seem to get along with man people as he claims that he's "never understood them". He's still in the process of actually making friends but he has softened up a bit thanks to Shiki's help. He still is a sarcastic little shit, though, and is often judgmental of those he meets at first glance. Despite that, Neku is very creative and insightful as he has a love for CAT's graffiti work and the meaning behind them. He tends to get lost in his own thoughts, tuning out others and acting out on his own suddenly but he's trying to do better at working as a team because the words "trust your partner" means a lot to him.

POWER:
Neku's original canon power was his ability to use Psychs, powers he is able to wield using certain Pins given to him or that he buys. The powers below are based off of certain Pin powers.

Mind Reading
His first power is his main ability to read people's minds, originally given to him by the Player Pin at the start of his canon. It allows him to read the minds of people in his general vicinity and also allows him to see physical manifestations of negative thoughts that takes the form of what he calls Noise. Unable to battle it now, he now has to use his words and actually talk to people to help get rid of it so common sense and positive vibes can return to them. For example: Someone is consumed by unreasonable jealousy of a friend. Neku sees the physical manifestation of their thoughts and talks to them. The more he gets through to them using common sense and logic, the more the "Noise" will disappear until the person's head is finally cleared of those thoughts after realizing how silly it was. If someone has a mental block which doesn't allow him to read them, he won't be able to see any possible Noise that clouds them either.

Power Enhancement
His second power is his ability to increase the strength someone else's power. But there is a catch. Depending on how in sync he is with the person, that is how powerful the enhancement will be. In battles, if he and his partner are totally in sync then the both of them can land a powerful attack with a quick boost of their power being enhanced before being unable to use it again. If he is particularly close to that person, he can increase someone else's powers even outside of battle. With this, it is only a temporary boost and he must be actively thinking/focusing on that person. If his concentration breaks or he gets hit then the link will be broken which will leave him physically and mentally exhausted. Shorter times using it (a few seconds to five minutes) will allow him to use it multiple times throughout the day but longer times using up (six minutes and beyond) will result in him being completely exhausted and unable to use it until he has a nice long nap.

Ice Manipulation
His third and last power is simply ice manipulation. Very fitting for a guy who usually makes such a cold first impression towards people. He mainly uses this power as a form of creating large pillars of ice to fight against an enemy or multiple enemies. He also uses it to to create an icy breath to freeze things that need freezing. It takes some focus to be able to use this power which requires him to stand still to be able to use it. Luckily he is able to move around when using his icy breath.
